1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DriveIQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
DriveIQ is a vehicle maintenance tracking application that allows users to:
- Manage multiple vehicles and their maintenance schedules
- Log service records with manual odometer updates
- Track maintenance costs and history
- Manage family or fleet vehicle access
3. Subscription Plans
DriveIQ offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
- Free: No charge. Includes 1 vehicle, basic maintenance tracking.
- Personal Pro: $4.99 per month. Up to 5 vehicles, all vehicle types, cost analytics.
- Family Plan: $7.99 per month. Up to 5 vehicles, up to 5 family members, shared maintenance logs.
- Fleet Starter: $14.99 per month. Up to 20 vehicles, unlimited team members, fleet management tools.
- Fleet Pro: $29.99+ per month. Unlimited vehicles, unlimited team members, advanced reporting, priority support.
Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple In-App Purchases.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a promotional offer, if applicable, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Prices are in US dollars and may vary in other countries. Actual charges may be converted to your local currency by your payment provider.
4. Account Registration
You must create an account to use DriveIQ. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App to transmit harmful or malicious content
- Maintain accurate odometer readings and vehicle information
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DriveIQ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DriveIQ does not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Maintenance recommendations are a substitute for professional mechanical advice
- Data will never be lost (users should maintain their own records)
9. Limitation of Liability
DriveIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to vehicle damage, missed maintenance, or data loss.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
