- Receipt Photos: Images of service receipts you choose to upload.
- Fleet/Family Data: If you use fleet or family features, we collect member names, email addresses, and role assignments.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for app functionality.
- Usage Data: How you interact with the app, including features used and screens visited.
- Crash Reports: Technical information about app crashes to help us improve stability.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Location Data: DriveIQ does not track your location. We do not use GPS, motion sensors, or any form of trip tracking. All odometer updates are entered manually by you.
- Background Tracking: We do not collect any data when the app is not actively in use.
- Contacts: We do not access your phone's contact list unless you explicitly share contact information for family or fleet invitations.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the DriveIQ app
- Create and manage your account
- Track your vehicle maintenance schedules and service history
- Send maintenance reminders and notifications (if enabled)
- Process subscription payments through Apple In-App Purchases

Data Storage and Security
- Firebase: Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers with encryption at rest and in transit.
- Apple: Payment information is processed by Apple and is never stored by DriveIQ.
- RevenueCat: Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, which receives only your anonymous user ID.
- Security Measures: We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and access controls.

DriveIQ is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using DriveIQ, you consent to this transfer.
